3. Cancelling your old provider
Thanks to the industry One Touch Switch process, we’ll notify your existing provider for you and handle the switchover — no awkward cancellation calls or paperwork needed.
2. Choose your package & order
Once you've chosen the package that suits your home, simply complete the online checkout. Not sure what's best for you, give our team a call and we'll happily guide you through.
4. We'll handle everything else.
When you’re ready to get connected, we’ll arrange an engineer visit on a date that suits you to install your broadband. If you already have a compatible line in place, it’s even simpler — just plug in your equipment and your service will go live.
